“常恨春归无觅处，不知转入此中来。”在这“人间四月芳菲尽”的季节，迎着新时代的春意，《世界人居》又为神州大地、广厦万家增添了一道绚丽多彩的风景。

"Long did I regret spring's departure, nowhere to be found,little knowing that here is where she has turned around." Facing the spring of the new era, theWorld Habitatadds a beautiful and colorful landscape to the wonderful land of China and the thousands of families in the season of "when the flowers and sages in the plain are decaying".

建设美丽中国是十九大即定的战略目标，是全国人民的美好愿景。人居环境作为美景的依托、作为构建人与自然和谐共存的载体，承载着数千年中国人居的理想，正在成为人们日益关注的焦点。去年金秋时节，艾景组委会在山城重庆举办了一届以“城市更新”为主题的国际论坛及评奖大会。有关部门领导、国内外风景园林景观设计师以及高校专业师生齐聚一堂，围绕人居环境建设阐释了前沿性的设计理念和设计实践，展现出了深厚的文化视野和综合的学科专业交叉。

Building a beautiful China is not only a strategic goal set by the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, but also a beautiful vision of the people of the whole country. As a support for beautiful landscape and a carrier for building a harmonious coexistence between man and nature, habitation environment carries the habitation ideal of Chinese people for thousands of years. Now, habitation environment is becoming the focus of increasing social concern. In the autumn of last year, the organizing committee of IDEA-KING held an international forum with the theme of "Urban Renewal", and an award conference in Chongqing, a mountain city. Leaders from relevant departments, landscape architects at home and abroad, and professional teachers and students from universities gathered together to explain the cutting-edge design concepts and practices on the construction of habitation environment, showing the profound cultural vision and comprehensive cross-disciplinary expertise.

健康地生存是人居环境的首要功能和永恒追求，是新时代人民幸福生活的具体实现，是建设美丽中国的基础实操。近日，中共中央、国务院印发了《“健康中国2030”规划纲要》。规划要求把健康城市和健康村镇建设作为推进健康中国建设的重要抓手。计划到2030年建成一批健康城市、健康村镇建设的示范市和示范村镇。本期杂志主题选取“人居与健康”，目的就是要积极响应国家号召，面向社会人民的需要，以“营造健康人居，建设健康中国”为主脉，引导中国健康人居活动、健康人居产业及联动产业的创新发展，为人居环境规划设计师提供新理念、新技术、新实践。

Healthy living is the primary function and eternal pursuit of habitation environment, the concrete realization of the happy life of the people in the new era, as well as the foundation and practical operation for building a beautiful China. Recently, the CPC Central Committee and the State Council printed and issued theOutline of the "Healthy China 2030 Plan". The Plan calls for the construction of healthy cities and healthy villages as an important starting point for advancing the construction of healthy China. It is planned to construct a batch of demonstration cities and villages for the construction of healthy cities and healthy villages by 2030. In the current issue, the theme is "Habitation and Health", with an aim to actively respond to the national call and meet the needs of the social people. With the emphasis on "creating a healthy habitation and building a healthy China", Chinese healthy habitation activities, healthy habitation industry and linked industry are guided for innovative development, thus providing new ideas, new technologies and new practices for the habitation environment planning designers.

《世界人居》既是中国的，更是世界的。期盼国内外优秀的规划设计师们加入到中国人居环境建设的伟大行列中来，集思广益，开拓创新，从风景园林学、城乡规划学到建筑学等多相关人居环境的学科专业，共同把中国的人居环境事业做大、做精、做强；为创造更加宜居的美丽中国发挥聪明才智，为世界人居的未来做出范例榜样。

We look forward to outstanding planning designers at home and abroad to join the great ranks of China's habitation environment construction and jointly strive to make China's habitation environment cause bigger, better and stronger by means of brainstorming, pioneering and innovation from landscape architecture, urban and rural planning, architecture, and other disciplines related to habitation environment; to create a more livable and beautiful China, and to create an example for the future of the habitation in the world by good use of intelligence and wisdom.
